Egaroo.com is an on-line marketing tool where you can place your banner and the link to your website (or email, if you do not have a website). By uploading your banner at egaroo.com you will not get any legal right over the website. You will have the right to submit one image and link per website address only, which will then be published in the respective space.
You can change the image or link once you have submitted them. This change of image or link would take up to 48 hrs to be effective.
The system will randomly show your banner in a different place every time.
When you register your banner you will be asked to enter a maximum of 100 keywords to identify your banner.
You are allowed to upload only one banner per registered email.
No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted. If you submit an image or link that is later found to break this condition, you will be asked to provide an alternative.
Our Content Supervision Team reserves the right to deny approval to banners lacking any real content or design value. This supervision will be made in the future by egaroo's users and banner owners.
Egaroo won't need to contact this banners owners in order to explain the reason they weren't accepted.
This future web 2.0 feature will be added (among others) in order to keep egaroo database clean and relevant. It will allow users and other banner owners flag banners they found redirecting to irrelevant websites or banners lacking any design value. You, the user, will decide in the last instance the quality and relevancy of this directory in an active and empowered manner. By accepting this Terms and Conditions you agree to be subject to the egaroo community approval in order to stay online.
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we will keep it to a minimum.
All downtime caused by web host or any external factor not under our control is not of our responsibility.
Any decision will be final and binding.
If at any time you change the content of the linked site you must notify egaroo.com, so we are aware of the change and your new content does not violate our rules.
If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed, you will be allowed to do that. Just contact us in order to make the necessary procedure.
Flash animated images are not allowed at egaroo.com. GIF animated images are allowed, but they will be within our size constraints ( max 15 KB.)
Images must be GIF or JPEG format.
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit. If you do not and we become aware of this, your image/link will be removed.
The exact size for your banner design is 468 x 60 pixels. The file size can be at most 15 KB, either for jpeg or gif (static or animated) files
Once you have uploaded your banner it will be online within 48hrs unless otherwise notified.
By uploading your banner you state that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. |
